Blueberry-Almond Smoothie (keto)

The chia seeds will thicken the smoothie if you wait, so drink it immediately if you don’t like that effect (I like it, but ymmv).

Blueberry-Almond  Smoothie
2 servings // 214.3 calories, 14g fat, 7.9g protein, 9.4g net carbs

1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon collagen powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon Swerve, if desired

Add to a blender, whiz until smooth, enjoy!
