Orange Almond Chia “Oatmeal”

3 T. chia seeds
1/2 C. almond milk unsweetened
2 drops stevia glycerite
2 drops LorAnn orange oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. fresh orange zest (peel)
2 T. blanched and slivered almonds toasted
1 dash salt
1/4 C. blueberries, unsweetened

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Mix again, about 2 minutes later. Mix again about 15 minutes later. After about 30 minutes of soaking, the seeds will plump, creating a thick cereal. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave, top with blueberries.
