Fish in Ginger-Garlic-Lime Sauce (keto)

Fish in Ginger-Garlic-Lime Sauce
Serves 2 // 264 calories, 8g fat, 38g protein, 4g net carbs
SAUCE
1/4 cup
dry sherry
tablespoons tamari sauce
teaspoons toasted sesame oil
teaspoon fresh lime juice
tablespoon spring onion, finely chopped
tablespoon ginger root, freshly grated
garlic cloves, finely minced

1 Serrano chili pepper, finely chopped

2 8-ounce fish filets (I like halibut or cod)

In a small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle sauce over the fish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Plate the fish and  remaining sauce.

Serve with cauliflower rice or whipped cauliflower.
