4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey (or Swerve)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Pre-heat grill to medium-high.
Mix garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil in a large zip-lock bag. Season salmon fillets with salt and place skin-side up in the zip-lock bag. Seal bag, pressing out air, and let salmon marinate, refrigerated, 30 minutes.
When ready to grill, remove salmon from marinade, grill until salmon is cooked through, about 7 minutes.
If desired, the marinade can be thickened with a bit of corn starch and used as a sauce.
Serve with baby bok choy or snow peas, and Asian-Style Cauliflower Rice.
