Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta (keto)

Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta (low carb)
Yield: 2 servings // 457 calories, 41g fat, 18g protein, 2 net carbs

5-6 ounces wild-caught smoked salmon, shredded
1/2 cup grass-fed heavy cream
1/2 cup grass-fed organic sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
2 packages (8 oz. ea.) Kibon Foods’ “Healthy Noodles”, rinsed
Garnishes: Chopped chive, Parmesan, and/or lemon zest

Add the cream, sour cream, shredded smoked salmon, garlic and onion powders, Dijon mustard, to mix together to make a sauce-like consistency. Reduce heat to low and simmer very gently.

Fold the rinsed noodles into the salmon sauce and cook over very low heat for a minute. Heap the noodles into shallow bowls and sprinkle some coarse salt, cracked pepper, and one or more of the garnishes (above).
