1 huge garlic clove, minced
3″ of ginger, peeled and finely grated
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
6-8 tablespoons wheat-free tamari sauce
1-2 tablespoons basalmic vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Brush onto food before grilling. Continue basting while grilling. Be sure to pull up and use the bits of garlic and ginger at the bottom of the bowl.
