Orange Cream Cheese Frosting (low carb)
Yield: 1 cup, 8 servings // 151 calories, 1g net carb
1/2 cup organic full-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Kerrygold butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon NOW liquid stevia glycerite
1/2 teaspoon Nielson-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract
8-12 drops orange oil
<1/4 teaspoon sea salt
In a food processor, or using a hand mixer, mix everything together until creamy. Taste. Adjust sweetener or flavorings, as needed.
