1 cup = 16 tablespoons
1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons /or/ 24 teaspoons
1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
1 teaspoon = 76 drops
For every cup of sugar a recipe calls for, replace with 1 teaspoon liquid stevia glycerite. Because the substitution amount of stevia has so much less bulk than sugar, the recipe must be balanced. For every cup of sugar substituted, add 1/3 cup of bulk, such as applesauce, yogurt, egg whites, fruit juice, coffee, or water, depending on what will work best.
ONE CUP OF SUGAR EQUALS—
1 teaspoon NOW Foods Stevia Glycerite Liquid Extract (my favorite)
1/4 cup DaVinci Sugar-Free Syrup (1 tsp. = 3.5 tsp. sugar)
1 cup Diabetisweet
1 cup Erythritol + 1 tsp stevia (or 1-1/3 cups Erythritol)
* 1/4 cup granular Erythritol = 1/3 c. powdered Erythritol
24 drops EZ Sweet
2 T. FiberFit
1 cup Just Like Sugar
3/4 teaspoon NuStevia White Stevia Pure Extract
1 cup Organic Zero
1 cup of Splenda, granular
1 teaspoon Splenda Quick Pac
1 cup Swerve (my favorite combo is 3/4 C. Swerve + 1/4 tsp. liquid stevia gycerite)
1-1/2 teaspoons Trishz’s
1 cup Truvia
1 cup Xylitol
1 cup ZSweet
ONE TEASPOON OF SUGAR EQUALS—(stevia products)
(Note: never use more than 1 tsp stevia in baked goods, the taste will be overpowering)
1/2 packet SweetLeaf
