Easy Gravy (keto)

Easy Gravy
Yield: 2-1/2 cups, five 1/2 C. servings // 93 calories, 9g fat, 1g protein, <1g. net carbs

4 tablespoons Kerrygold butter
2 cups Kirkland organic chicken broth (beef or turkey is good, too)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon xathan gum
salt and pepper to taste

Off the stove—Add all  room temperature ingredients to a small pot and whisk until the xanthan is absorbed. There may be a few clumps on the top, but they will cook out.

Bring gravy to a boil over medium-high heat and continue to whisk until gravy reaches desired thickness.

Remove the gravy from the stove. Serve hot.
