Spinach Salad with Avocado and Hardboiled Eggs

Spinach Salad with Avocado and Egg
Serves 1 // 417 calories, 36g fat, 16g protein, 5g net carbs

Dressing: 3 T. Creamy Avocado Dressing
2
ounces (2 packed cups) baby spinach
1 hardboiled egg, halved
1 avocado, sliced
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Toss spinach with dressing. Top with egg halves and avocado slices.  and sprinkle with pepper .
