Here’s a Cobb Salad for weight loss keto. Additional ingredients are at the bottom of the recipe for when in maintenance.
Cobb Salad
Serves 2 // 502 calories, 33.3g fat, 42.2g protein, 4.07g net carbs
SALAD
4 cups spring mix greens
4 slices cooked bacon, diced
1 small (6 oz.) cooked chicken breast, diced (smokey grilled chicken is great)
1 medium egg, hard-boiled, quartered lengthwise
1 medium avocado, sliced lengthwise
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
DRESSING
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Arrange salad ingredients in a large bowl with each ingredient in it’s own section. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.

-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced or halved
–1/2 cup green onion, sliced on the diagonal
