Quick Asian Green Salad
Serves 1 // 192 calories, 18g fat, 4g protein, 3g net carbs

1 tablespoon sesame oil (toasted sesame oil is nice, too)
1 tablespoon riceĀ vinegar, unflavored
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups spring mix greens
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce. Drizzle over greens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
