South of the Border Salad

1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 medium avocado, diced or sliced
1/2 cup pre-shredded mozzarella

Whisk sour cream, heavy cream, and spices together. Thin with a bit of cold water, if needed.

Compose the salad by beginning with a bed of lettuce, then avocado. Drizzle with dressing. Top with mozzarella .
